Ms R – A Journey to Self Love

Ms R came to my Gold Coast studio for a confidence boosting boudoir experience, and to celebrate her gorgeous curvy body’s amazing journey, despite the health obstacles in her way! I can’t begin to express how well this stunner rocked her session, I was getting serious Christina Hendrix vibes throughout the whole shoot, and those outfits!! If anyone needs those stockings, Snag Tights, ya’ll! Ms R ordered an image collection that included a stunning couture album (for which she chose a purple velvet cover) and a metal print for which she chose one of her winged portraits! Ms R’s beautiful hair and makeup was done by the talented Melody Caitlin Make-Up Artist.

Here is what Ms R said about her experience:

“For a number of years, I’ve had issues with body image and confidence. I’ve been told that ‘…but your stomach is still big’ while being poked and prodded. Was then constantly compared to other women, ‘why don’t you have their confidence.’. This year was about finding / seeing the beauty in me, and while I’m not where I want to be, I’m damn hot! I’ve been wanting to do a session with Malin for so long. But have always made the excuse ‘I’ll wait until I’ve lost some weight until I book in a session’. I decided to give myself the gift of love for my birthday this year. Malin was absolutely wonderful, and I felt so comfortable.” – Ms R ?

Moral of the story, NO MORE EXCUSES – YOU DON’T HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL YOU’RE THE PERFECT WEIGHT OR SHAPE TO DO A SHOOT!
