Newborn Photography
The first few weeks after birth is when you finally get to meet and know your new baby. You may spend half the time learning things like nappy changes, nursing and soothing, and the rest of the time you are spending getting lost in that new little face. You are suddenly someone’s most important person in the whole world, and you can’t believe you created this amazing person. So much is happening during this precious time, and it goes by so quickly!
A newborn session is the time when you get a chance to document the beginning of your child’s life and the bond between you as a family unit.
I want to help you capture that precious time in your life with a newborn session tailored to suit your ideas! I have a degree in photography as well as being an AIPP accredited professional photographer, which means you can rest assured that you are getting a safe and professional service.

When is the best time to do the newborn session?
Between 5-10 days is the best time as they are nice and sleepy!
How long does the session take?
Please set aside 4 hours for the session; it may not take that long, but sometimes newborn need a bit more time to feed and settle!
Do you include family and sibling photos?
Yes, mum and dad and sibling photos are included!
What should me wear?
I recommend plain white shirts and tops to parents for the family photos because it looks fresh and crisp next to baby’s skin! Black or grey is also fine, but make sure there aren’t any patterns or large logos on them.
